Position: Receptionist
Deputy: N/A
Reports to: Finance & Administration Manager
Responsible for
• Adhere to all company HSE and quality related policies and procedures
• Take a personal responsibility for HSE and ensure that all activities are performed in accor-dance with Aker Solutions HSE expectations and Just Rules
• Answer incoming telephone calls and distribute them as required
• Take phone messages where appropriate and ensure these are passed on to the relevant parties.
• Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Register all visitors to the site and coordinate appointments.
• Provide holiday/sickness cover as required for other administrative positions within the com-pany
• General administrative duties as required (MoM, correspondence etc…..)

• HSE input including HSE observation cards and participation in all Aker Solutions HSE related strategies and initiatives
• High quality work

Participate
• HSEQ meetings and emergency drills
• Office meetings as required
Authority
• Implement the Receptionist function on behalf of the management team
• Stop any unsafe work or acts
Competence requirements
• Fluent in Azeri and English - written and verbal
• Good standard of education
• Good communication and co-operation skills
• Good computer skills, competent user of MS Office type programmes, preferably with experi-ence of SAP
• Relevant experience in a similar position is preferable
