Purchasing Specialist (male candidates only, age 24-30)

Job Description:

-- Reporting to  CEG  project Leader.
--Documents preparation and collation.
--Sourcing suppliers to ensure the best service is procured for the competitive price.
–Collect and analyze market intelligence concerned commodity supply.
–Develop strategic suppliers and recommend appropriate vendors to projects
–Work closely with project team, quality team in the supplier approval process
--Make contract and handover within procurement process, from request for quotation to submission of qualified proposal
–Expedite bids and ensure proper and accurate documentation from bidders
–Manage price negotiations, payment terms, delivery and other terms with suppliers
–Ensure purchasing activity comply with the procurement policy, procedure and project schedule
–Capture and analyze new information and data in supply resource management system to keep up with the project requirement.
–Maintain full record or related information of the procurement process including contract, MoM, deliverables provided and even if status of shipment etc.
–Follow up on over, short and damaged reports, monitor supplier capacity, quality issue dynamically.
– Coordinate quality and supply resources issue concerned project demand.
--Evaluate analysis supplier performance according to procedure.

Qualification:

–Minimum 1 years working experience in familiar field
–Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering discipline
–Familiar with engineering service sourcing is a definite advantage
–Self-motivated and able to meet deadline and communicate in a professional manner
–Track record of sourcing/purchasing and commercial supply chain activities
–Good knowledge of international procurement procedure and customs clearance procedure
–Good command of both spoken and written English/Russian/Azerbaijan.
