General Purpose:
To be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in
Order to ensure that administrative services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

1. The candidate must have a university degree.
2. The candidate must have fluent Azeri, Russian and English Languages.
3. The candidate must have knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
4. The candidate must have proficient knowledge in office administration, an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
5. The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: team building, analytical and problem solving skills, decision making skills, effective verbal and listening communications skills, stress management skills, time management skills.
6. The candidate must have the following personal attributes: be honest and trustworthy, be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Answer the all incoming telephone calls.
2. Take and relay messages.
3. Provide information to callers.
4. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
5. General administrative and clerical support.
6. Prepare letters and documents.
7. Schedule appointments.
8. Organize meetings.
