Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Higher Education in Telecommunications/IT/Electronic Engineering and other relevant technical fields;
• 5 years of experience in in Telecommunication domain and involving on Enterprise solutions and solution development;
• Business development experience in Telco Business.
• Process mapping and workflow design experience in Visio
• Process Control experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Excellent MS Office skills;
• Free of military obligation;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English (fluent);

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Being responsible to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of telecommunication technology, business processes, and industry requirements;
• Acting as a liaison between commercial and technical solutions/support groups, using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate commercial requirements, applying your extensive knowledge of their business and develop requirement specifications;
• Being responsible for collecting approved commercial and technical requirements, documenting them , and translating into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools;
• Developing visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design;
• Creating UML design for requirements;
• Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships to support;
• Management of scope and expectations;
•Participating in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment; and providing time / resource estimates for assigned tasks;
