Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
 Manage and monitor accounting and financial reporting systems;
 Supervision of monthly statutory accounts closing;
 Transformation schedule from statutory to IFRS accounts and preparation of monthly IFRS financial reports;
 Supporting financial functions at subsidiaries and review of subsidiaries’ monthly financial reports;
 Preparation of annual consolidated financial statements;
 Preparation of budgets and forecasts as well as various ad hoc reports for the management;
 Presentation of actual vs. budgeted consolidated performance to the board of directors;
 Drafting/reviewing profit tax declaration together with tax advisors;
 Liaison with external auditors, tax advisors and tax inspectors.

Required Qualification

 Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or economics;
 Good interpersonal and communication skills;
 Good knowledge of MS Office programs;
 Written and oral fluency in Azeri and English;
 Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position;
 Good knowledge of international accounting principles and standards;
 Knowledge and experience of local tax and reporting rules.
