Responsibilities:

• Answering clients’ call related to office rental in Bridge Plaza
• Sending office rent proposals
• Showing offices to clients
• Posting office rental listings on various websites
• Preparing quotations
• Solving clients’ requests or directing them to the right person
• Taking care of disinfection in Bridge Plaza
• Taking care of Plaza’s entrance cards
• Managing contracts related to new suppliers
• Managing orders of conference room
• Taking a part in new and operating business operations
• Maintaining smooth communication between employees and management
• Managing Bridge Group’s LinkedIn profile

Background:

• Business administration related education (at least bachelor’s degree)
• Young who wants to excel own career
• Excellent management and multitasking skills
• Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani and English language (Russian is a plus)
• Related work experience is desirable

Work schedule is 5 days in a week.
