Construction Supervisor

Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
Construction Supervisor must perform accountabilities according to established operating procedures and is expected to take an active role in continually improving these processes. They will successfully manage each assigned project from inception to completion and will continually deliver projects within approved budget and schedule with the highest quality and in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.

• Project Manager
• Client’s site representative
• HSEQ Manager
• Procurement Manager
• QA/QC Coordinator

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites;
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations;
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods;
• Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects;
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports;
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site;
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
