Job Position: Full-Time Office Administrator
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Job Description
- Prepare documentations with regards to application of Work Permit
- Consolidate and prepare monthly payroll
- Preparation of labor contracts in both English and Azerbaijani
- Creating a database of workers
- Preparing letters and invoices and cash keeping.
Requirements
- HIghly independent and a fast learner
- Proficient in English, Russian and Azerbaijani
- Able to use MS Word and MS Excel with ease
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Able to thrive in a stressful environment should the workload calls for it and meet deadlines
- Ability to think for your own and to give constructive feedback where possible
