The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Deal with shipment (contact courier company and send the correspondence);
• Meet all visitors and forward them to appropriate personnel;
• Hold and distribute incoming correspondence throughout the office;
• Travel administration assistance;
• Other administrative type of services.
The successful candidates should have:
• Higher education;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Previous experience of working in western company would be beneficial.
