QA/QC Manager

Responsible for ensuring that all documentation demanded by the quality plan is generated at the correct time and in the correct format and with the correct approvals.                                                                                                           Ensuring that all personnel engaged on the project are suitable qualified and competent to carry out tasks assigned and that personnel performance is continually monitored                                                                                          Ensuring that all quality documentation is collated and quality dossiers are produced in accordance with int quality procedures and in accordance with client requiremrnalents.                                                                                    Development, implementation and maintenance in operating conditions and provision for further improvement of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 procedures.                                                                                                 Control of quality supervising activities of Site Quality Supervisors.                                                Maintenance of NCR, CAR and PAR documentation.
Production of project specific QA/QC plans.
Customer Feedback documented and monitoring.
Updating manual, procedures and work instructions.

University Degree , min 3 years relevant work experience, flueint in english, azeri and russian, computer knowledge ( MS Office),  good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
