Job description/Role
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for proactively handling and coordinating logistics services. Assisting the Logistics Manager your main responsibilities will include:
• Provide, in coordination with the Logistics Manager, needed support and advice to internal customers status of shipments.
• Liaise and negotiate with shipping lines and freight forwarders for the rates and shipping requirements
• Plan and manage orders
• Handling imports and exports
Requirements:
The successful candidate for this Logistics coordinator role must have:
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration
• 1 year of logistics experience is preferable
• Good knowledge of Russian and English
• Knowledge of international shipping terms (INCOTERMS)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel is a must
