DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drafting and revising contracts and legal documents, legal papers checking their compliance with the legislation;
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations;
- Providing commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice for contracts management;
- Conducting legal research;
- Representing organization in front of state bodies in legal issues;
- Liaising on legal matters between the state authorities and international match organizations;
- Consulting all departments ensuring processes and procedures comply with local legislation (payment, bonuses, deduction, migration, HR, customs clearance and other required processes).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Law, LLM is an asset;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, Russian proficiency is an advantage;
• General corporate law background;
• Advanced MS Office skills;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills;
• Good sense of team work and cooperation;
• Ability work with initiative and perform under pressure.
