FINCA Azerbaijan is seeking a MİS Officer for its head office in Baku. FINCA Azerbaijan is a rapidly-growing microfinance institution, now providing loans to more than 125,000 clients across Azerbaijan.
The MİS Officer`s job responsibilities include:
• Ensure MIS data integrity and MIS proper functioning;
• Liaise with software developers as needed and test new versions of MIS;
• Assist in designing / programming special applications and databases to support portfolio administration;
• Provide ongoing guidance, trouble-shooting support, and response to user questions/problems with software.
The candidate`s requirements:
• High skilled experience in software development, especially in ASP, ASP.NET and good knowledge of at least one of programming languages: C#, VB, VBA, Vb.NET, VC++, Delphi;
• Intermediate knowledge of T-SQL, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, hands-on experience on designing views, triggers, stored procedures, PL/SQL;
• Intermediate level of knowledge in Oracle database system;
• Experience with reporting systems (MS SQL Reporting Services, Access, Excel) preferred;
• Basic knowledge of finance , accounting , banking and microfinance;
• Fluency in Russian and Azeri languages, and proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Any certificate in the field of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL is a plus.
