Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare the cost estimates including the services and repair costs and the cost of spare parts, if needed
• Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed
• Ensure delivery of vehicles to customers on time
• Handle and manage softly the minor complaints and irritants with the customers
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all service department staff
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department
• Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the factory
• Manage a team of service center
• Conduct selling efforts as needed
• Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company.
• Collaborate with marketing, support, internal systems, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings
• Facilitate programs to gather requirements and features from customers and their communities to augment sales, marketing, development, support, product management, and business and technology partnerships, and others as needed
• Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales practices
• Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of field automobile service experience ( experience on cooperation with international automobile brands )
• 1-3 years in a sales leadership role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer/Client Focus, Communication Proficiency, Performance Management, Business Acumen, Initiative, Results Driven, Organizational Skills, Presentation Skills, Basic Numerical Skills
