Administrative Assistant
Requirements:
At least 1.5 years of professional experience;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Organizational skills, ability to perform in a professional manner;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of SAP is desirable;
Use office equipment (fax, copier, shredder, binder);
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable.
Be efficient, accurate and attentive to details;
Position Summary:
Supply materials to the office, oversee their registration and inspection;
Gather suppliers' proposals;
Check invoices for supplied materials;
Data entry to SAP;
Organize employees' business trips and provide visa assistance;
Preparation of reports and providing them to Administrative Director;
Assist in any other administrative issues concerning the Office;
Work schedule: 09:00‐18:00; 5 days a week.
