PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the following positions:

Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

 At least 1.5 years of professional experience;
 Strong oral and written communication skills;
 Organizational skills, ability to perform in a professional manner;
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent knowledge of Excel;
 Knowledge of SAP is desirable;
 Use office equipment (fax, copier, shredder, binder);
 Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable.
 Be efficient, accurate and attentive to details;

Position Summary:

 Supply materials to the office, oversee their registration and inspection;
 Gather suppliers' proposals;
 Check invoices for supplied materials;
 Data entry to SAP;
 Organize employees' business trips and provide visa assistance;
 Preparation of reports and providing them to Administrative Director;
 Assist in any other administrative issues concerning the Office;
 Work schedule: 09:00‐18:00; 5 days a week.
