Role and Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
Required skills and work experience:
• Knowledge of virtualization systems: ESXi VmWare (vMotion, HA, etc);
• Experience with Mikrotik Cisco / Ubiquity equipment
• Experience in deploying and "troubleshooting" services: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, CA, NPS, VPN, SQL, WEB, 1C, SMB, RDP
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, prtg)
• Ability to read technical documentation in English;
• Experience in administering Mysql MSSQL;
• Experience with server hardware;
• Experience with data storage systems (DSS);
• Understanding the TCP / IP stack, routing, VLAN, s / d-NAT;
• Experience in automating routine actions in any scripting language.
• Work experience in this or related fields from 3 years;
• Experience in implementing ERP systems
• Experience with VOIP equipment
Systems Engineering (very welcome):
• Experience in installing warning system
• Experience in installing fire safety systems
• Experience in installing video surveillance systems
• Experience in installing access control systems
• Experience in installing industrial automation systems
• Experience in implementing SCADA systems
• Experience in implementing monitoring and power distribution systems
• Experience with databases
• Experience with industrial UPS
• Experience with intrinsically safe equipment
• Experience with ERP systems
For automation systems (very welcome):
• Experience in installing service staff calibrating field instruments
• Experience in setting up frequency converters
• Experience with SCADA systems
• Experience with intrinsically safe equipment
• Experience with ERP systems
Language knowledge
• English - compulsory (spoken - fluent, technical - reading, writing)
• Russian - compulsory (spoken - fluent, technical - reading, writing)
Working conditions:
• Work schedule: 5 days
• Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00
