JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective manner

JOB DUTIES

• Provide general administrative and secretarial support services
• Registration of all external and internal documents.
• Documentation and controlling of post correspondence.
• Typing, copying, binding, faxing and other reprographic activities.
• Schedules and calendars’ maintenance
• Coordination of travel and office supplies
• Issuing Travel Request and Purchase Request Forms
• Visa and accommodation arrangement for company quests
• Responsible for arrangement of meetings and conferences
• Maintain filing system
• Other tasks as per assignment
