Requirements:
• Work experience as a Receptionist or Clerk in the Hospitality industry
• High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian, English
• High level of social and interpersonal skills
• Highly developed organizational skills
Job Duties:
• Greet hotel guests.
• Maintain an orderly front desk.
• Operate computer programs and phone systems
• Maintain guest records and book reservations.
• Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort
