Role synopsis

The Health Safety and the Environment (HSE) Reporting Coordinator role will be responsible for development and regular issue of HSE dashboards and reports for Sangachal Terminal (ST). The role will act as Local Traction System Administrator (LTSA), administering Traction system and supporting Traction users. The role will be reporting to Metrics and Reporting Lead.

Key accountabilities

The role comprises of the following key accountabilities and responsibilities but is not limited to:
• Deliver accurate and timely HSE reports to the stakeholders
• Continuously audit records in Traction to ensure high quality data integrity
• Conduct internal quarterly Traction Audit of actions and incident reports; recommend improvements and support implementation
• Provide Sangachal terminal information on incidents and inputs to Metrics & Reporting Lead for various Regional HSE reports
Delivery of below key reports is required (not limited to):
• Open / Overdue / Waiting Approval and close-out quality Actions reports
• Key Issues, Incidents and Actions Report
• Incidents Investigations status report
• Azeri Chirag Gunashli (ACG) and Shah Deniz (SD) partners submission
• ST HSE Monthly report
• HSE data for various leadership meetings

Essential Education

• University Degree

Essential experience and job requirements

Knowledge of Traction system

Other essential skills and knowledge

• Ability to plan and prioritize activities
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication skills

Desirable criteria & qualifications

Knowledge of Business Objects tool is preferred
English - Fluent
Azerbaijani - Fluent
