Key Responsibilities

The main job responsibilities of Data Processing and Roaming Services Engineer will include:

•Adding new service to the system
•Checking of receiving of new service by billing system
•Execution of tariff change
•Checking of receiving of tariff change by billing system
•Operating resources of billing system

Required Skills and Experience

•University degree (Computer and Math related majors are preferable)
•Windows and UNIX operation systems
•Programming knowledge in any language
•Oracle SQL/PLSQL
•ASN.1 and BER
•Shell scripting and programming in awk environment
•1 year of work experience in related fields
•Language skills: Azerbaijani - fluent, Russian & English - upper intermediate
