Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct filing of the documents produced by the department
• Assist the engineering department in the financial follow up of the program
• Assist the engineering department with proper reporting on the activities
• Ensure that the department uses the appropriate and updated procedures
• Ensures that the department is kept up to date on the unit's initiatives in Geneva

Desired Profile and Skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Azerbaijani
• 1-3 years’ work experience as administrative assistant
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proficient use of Word and Excel is required
• Capacity to treat sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of Google Earth is an asset
• Experience in budget management is an asset
