Hydraulics Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Lead AZ Hydraulics department.
• Ensure all Hydraulics contracts and projects are delivered safely.
• Deliver AZ Hydraulics budget revenue and profit.
• Support business development.
• Resource department for current and future needs.
• Interface with Hydraulics workshop and stores
• QHSE skills-High Level of delivery of behavioural based Safety Management, knowledge and understanding of implementation and adherence to processes.
• Project Management Skills Understanding Risk, Change, Variations and Planning

Requirements

• QHSE skills-High Level of delivery of behavioural based Safety Management, knowledge and understanding of implementation and adherence to processes.
• Project Management Skills Understanding Risk, Change, Variations and Planning
• Candidate must have 3-5 years relevant experience with the operation
• As a global organization and to ensure a safe working environment, it is essential that all candidates have a minimum intermediate level of English, both written and verbal

• Preferred
• Lifting Hydraulics management
• Lifting Hydraulics and associated structures inspection
