Job description:
• Oversee professional activity of store people: this can involve advising staff, managing disciplinary and attendance providing regular performance reviews, training new staff members, and scheduling shifts.
• Ensure that each store is well informed about company’s policy and procedures, which are precisely followed up
• Ensure that all required store operations reports are properly filled and on time by each department
• To check weekly/monthly staff rotas in each store, including stock and cleaning
• Participate in conflict management within the store’s staff as well as with the customers
• Participate in daily briefings as well as weekly meetings with store management to learn all problems occurred and assist in solving
• Overseeing the “total look “of each store in terms of cleaning (windows, flooring/moping, mirrors, furniture, back offices, kitchens, etc)
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports to Operation Manager
• Implementation of reports;
• To create procedures and processes for store staff ensuring standards of excellence and driving customer satisfaction
• Optimization of store managers works
• Ensure adherence to health and safety and security
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in function;
• Good organization and coordination
• Ability to lead, manage and develop others
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable
• Deal effectively with customer and staff issues
• A confident communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and a real 'can do' attitude
