KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- draft and review of different contracts and other legal documents;
- interpret laws, rulings and regulations;
- conduct legal research and gather evidence;
- prepare notices and other relevant procedural documentation;
- prepare personal case files of each person suspected in commission of anti-doping rule violations;
- manage proceedings initiated against them in a due and timely manner;
- analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents;
- research and draft different legal projects organized by international institutions;
- implement other tasks requested by the Head of the Legal Department.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- university degree in law (LL.M degree is preferred);
- minimum one (1) year of experience;
- essential soft skills (communication skills);
- good legal analysis skills;
- ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently;
- good problem-solving skills;
- good legal writing skills;
- good command of Azerbaijani and English languages (knowledge of Russian is preferred).
