We are actively working with numerous reputable Construction companies in more than 10 countries. Our main area of expertise is consulting contractors in following areas:

- Financial - assisting in providing direct & indirect finance
- Project Management - assisting in mitigation of project risks
- Business Development - finding suitable projects and suitable partners for clients.

Requirements:

- Proficient knowledge of English and Russian
- A bachelor's degree diploma or higher.
- Experience and knowledge in construction/finance industry is an advantage
- Good communication, research, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Proficient use of MS Office

Role Description:

• Following up new busines opportunities with deep research of construction and finance markets all over the world. Research encompasses the whole construction industry where main emphasis will be strategically important projects, companies, government organizations.
• Following up the business process, ensure timely completion of requested tasks.
• Communicating with clients for operational procedures, periodic document & data updates.
• If requested, presentation of the company to new potential clients, communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
• Understanding, reviewing contracts, and being able to draft non-complex contracts for clients.
• Reporting to upper management about the results of research.
