Role synopsis

• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting back to senior managers.

Key accountabilities Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Requirements for Candidate:

• Higher Education (preferably Economy, international relations)
• Relevant work experience: 3-4 years  in Logistics
• Fluency in  Azeri / English / Russian
• Good  knowledge of computer skills
• Flexible and fast learning. Excellent communication, organizational skills and able to be a good team player
• Female
• Having straightforward targets and career oriented.
