CAD Engineer

Main responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to the following:

• Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans of equipment (pumps, compressors, valves, etc.)
• Use a variety of CAD software programs to create designs in 2D and 3D models (AutoCAD, Solid Work)
• Liaise with production engineer and CNC engineers to understand design requirements and provide technical advice to manufacturing and construction technicians
• Provide accurate, detailed and to scale drawings
• Ensure drawings are compliant with industry and HSE standards and procedures
• Calculate costs and apply knowledge of materials and engineering principles to check feasibility of manufacture and construction of the product
• Conduct site visits and surveys when required
• Present working drawings for use in all stages of the project, tender, manufacture/production, and installation
• Produce installation and manufacturing documentation
• Maintain accurate records

Candidate requirements:

• Relevant certificate of CAD Software usage – AutoCAD, Solid Work or any similar programs
• 2-3 years of experience of technical drawings and plans of equipment (spare parts for pumps, compressors, valves, and other rotating equipment)
• Strong mathematical skills to implement calculations and estimates
• Spatial and design skills to be able to visualize projects in 2D and 3D
• Attentive, detail-oriented, accurate and quality-oriented skills
• Strong knowledge of ISO Certification Standards

Working Conditions:

• Workplace: Baku, Narimanov district, Alasgar Gayıbov str. 10P (close to Bakmil and Ulduz metrostations)
• Monday to Friday - 8:30 -17:00.
• Full social security
• Lunch provision
