HR Administrator

Job description:

• Assisting with implementation of company HR policies and procedures;
• Assisting with recruitment process;
• Participating in the hiring and promotion process;
• Ensuring accurate administration of personnel;
• Investigating complaints in cases of violation of company HR policies;
• Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:
 
• Bachelor Degree in Legal or Economic field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with a multinational company;
• Good knowledge and work experience in HR administration, recruitment, etc.; • Good knowledge of local statutory labor policies and regulations;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature and the ability to persuade others;
• Proficient in English and Azerbaijani, preferably good knowledge of Russian;
• Accurate, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines;
• Proficient in MS office
