The Social Fund for Development of IDPS (SFDI) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an implementing agency for “IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan, announces the following vacancy:
- Micro-Finance Programs Manager
Requirements and Qualifications:
1) Education
University degree in the area of economics, business management or rural development (minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree preferred;
2) Experience and Knowledge
At least 5 years of work experience with IDP;
Knowledge of small business development, small enterprises activity, including related rules;
3) Other necessary skills
Fluent Azeri and English
Excellent computer skill (MS Windows, MS Excel, Word);
Ability to work with vulnerable community members.
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Section V, IC procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004, revised October 2006 and May 2010).
