AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Graduate Accountant Assistant.
The successful candidates should have:
• University Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in Azeri, English and Russian
• Ability to work both individually and in a team
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Scan and send invoices to UK treasury for payment process
• Taxable Air Tickets report preparation
• Personnel timesheets review in payroll preparation
• Invoices sorting, registration and distributing system
• Sub-contractors Custom declaration checking and processing
• Invoices checking, preparation for payment process
• Assist to cost code allocation of AMEC staff for hotels and tickets
• Contract accounting / registration, checking and processing of contracts and agreements
• Filing indents by cost code allocation
• Providing subcontractors with required documents
• Documents delivery to bank and Social Protection and Statistic Funds on daily and monthly basis
