Recruitment specialist   

The Sourcing and Placement unit has responsibility of recruiting internally and externally, implementation of internal transfers and promotions, strengthening employer brand via career programs and events according to company’s ongoing and future business plans and requirements.

Note: This is a temporary vacancy (for 2 years).

Key Responsibilities

The sourcing and placement specialist will manage and operate the recruitment activities. He/she is expected to be experienced in recruitment, employer branding work and a team player that is used to work and achieve results. He/she will have a consultative approach in work and can constructively challenge thoughts and ideas in order to ensure the right tools and processes to be applied based on professional judgment. The sourcing specialist should have influencing skills and high energy.

In this position, the recruiter should show strong business acumen, communication and language capabilities.

Main responsibilities:

•Support to related division head in headcount planning and effective management
•Implementation of sourcing and placement according to headcount plans
•To provide consultancy to managers and support them with necessary tools and procedures in order to ensure effective recruitment process
•Organization of career events and exhibitions

Required Skills and Experience

•University education (Education in Human resources is preferreble)
•Good knowledge of MS Office programs
•1 year experience in recruitment
•Fluent of Azerbaijani, Russia and English
