Requirements

• Higher Education;
• At least 3 years work experience preferably in a multinational company;
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages (fluent) ;
• Free of Military obligation;

• Analytical skills;
• Result-oriented thinking;
• Ability to tackle a multitude of tasks simultaneously;
• Basic financial knowledge;

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Technical, IT, Finance, Project Management Office to ensure project & technical requirements translate to clear scopes of Work/Specifications against which bids can be issued and evaluations completed considering Commercial, Technical & Deployment Capability requirements;
• Conducting In-Country surveys of the Cellular Telecom Civil construction & installation market place to understand market pricing, capacity & quality availability(for technical procurement);
• Executing timely and total cost of ownership driven sourcing responses;
• Working with Legal & Contracts personnel to ensure Contracts are in place prior to execution of procured Equipment Supply & Services;
• Co-ordinating with vendors & Technical department for technical closure/Bill of Materials sign off with short listed vendors;
• Price/Cost, Terms &Conditions negotiation meetingswith short listed vendors (multiple to align with customer negotiations);
• Vendor qualification support, following Supplier Selection and Evaluation process;
• Managing resultant Request for Information/ Request for Quotation Contracts;
• Suppliers Performance management and Rating/ Periodic Reviews;
