JOB TITLE: Service Supervisor
EMPLOYER: Consrtuction Equipment Dealer Company

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Clients for all clarification;
• Making daily schedule for service team with most effective ways;
• In timely placing orders for spare parts and lubricants for warehouse;
• Preparing/controlling of daily/weekly/monthly reports;
• Follow up all current, uncompleted and planned service works;
• Correspondence with clients;
• Receiving newly arrived machines;

Requirements:

• Technical university degree;
• Language skills- English, Russian (preferably), Azeri;
• Experience in similar job for 3-5 years;
• Good technical, managing, communication and organization skills;
• Ability to be helpful to clients during working and non-working hours;
• Driving licence (preferably);
• Geographical knowledge of country, including Baku;
• Technical knowledge of construction equipment;
