Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but not be limited to the below:

• Assist the Director with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the school.
• Lead and deliver operational aspects of TISA Action Plan
• Oversee budget for business services activities, deliver robust cost management and minimize business risk via rigorous contract management control
• Assure that all business affairs are conducted in a legal, professional and ethical manner—in compliance with TISA policies and procedures
• Champion HSSE and promote compliance with TISA and BP's Code of Conduct, ensure business sourcing strategy is linked to BP safety standards
• Facilitate proactive, timely and productive communication with BP departments and support functions in support of the school’s mission and strategic plan.
• Prepare monthly reports on Business Office activities for the Board of Governors and issue regular communications to all staff.
• Ensure effective delivery of TISA requirements for ongoing operations, specifically in regard to the Business Office team and support activities—including but not limited to:
• Oversee TISA procurement in compliance with TISA and BP process.
• Supervise the performance of facility maintenance, catering, transportation and other providers to ensure work is delivered in accordance with contractual obligations
• Oversee, plan and communicate all local travel needs for school operations and programs.
• Performance manage Security team in communication, assignments, visibility, incident response and reporting
• Ensure sufficient housing provision for overseas staff and all apartments maintenance to agreed standards.

• University Degree in Business Administration or related fields
