Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services and generate new leads
Your main job responsibilities
• Work with team members to meet sales and performance goals
• Finding leads and setting up visits for sales team.
• Cold calling businesses using phone directory and other platforms to sell products and engage new customers
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
• Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients for sales team/ listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to improve performance
Your skills and competencies
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), English (fluent/intermediate) and Russian (intermediate)
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
