Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance to the management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
- Create and send invoices to clients promptly.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including tracking expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts, invoices, financial transactions, and personal schedules.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Handle client communication related to contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
- Manage travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and handling other personal tasks as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties and personal tasks to support the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in contract management and basic accounting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- English is a must; fluency in English is required for both verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in managing personal tasks for executives or management.
