Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal assistance to the management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Create and send invoices to clients promptly.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including tracking expenses, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain organized records of all contracts, invoices, financial transactions, and personal schedules.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Handle client communication related to contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
  • Manage travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and handling other personal tasks as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties and personal tasks to support the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in contract management and basic accounting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • English is a must; fluency in English is required for both verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in managing personal tasks for executives or management.
