Candidate Profile:

• Age: 24-35
• Preferred work experience as Architect at least 2 years
• Experience in the sphere of Leasing and Renting – Real Estate sector preferred
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Proven sales and presentation skills
• Be patient and customer oriented
• Team building - ability to work in team and be a part of team.
• Initiative and responsible, energetic
• Innovator and Creative
• Flexible for working hours

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of leasing in the sphere of commercial real estate, offices etc.
• Organization and management of customer data base,  
• To implement the general sales strategy of the company;
• Schedule and arrange all appointments with potential customers,
• Management reporting as well as control the sales on daily and monthly base, 
• Analyze and prepare solid reports on the real commercial estate market, 
Position requirements:
• Higher education, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Excellent spoken and written Azeri,  Russian and Turkish languages, good understanding of English;
• Dedication to details;
• International qualifications or attendance on relevant courses on real estate / sales and marketing
