Position title: Risk Coordinator 

Work location: Baku
Reports to: Budgeting, Risk & Reporting Manager
End date: 05.12.2020

Responsibilities:

- Collects all new risks to identify
- Document and ensure communication of key risks
- Performs sanity checks on first evaluations
- Gather risk-related data from internal or external resources
- Identify and analyse areas of potential risk to the assets or Project KPI’s
- Passes the consolidated and checked register to Risk Manager
- Updates the process and tools to incorporate lessons learned
- Captures lessons learned
- Recommend ways to control or reduce risk
- Maintain input or data quality of risk management systems/database.
- Produce reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions or recommend changes

What we are looking for:

Requried experience:

- Minimum 1 year experience

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field

Critical Skills:

- Strong Analytical and problem solving
- Outstanding communication skills
- Processing information data structuring
- Presentation & reporting skills
- Coordination and on-going monitoring of action plans
- Critical thinking ability
- Fast data absorbing & learning skills

Critical Knowledge:

- MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint – advanced level
- Fundamentals of Risk Management (risks categories, risk assessment criteria, heatmap, risk mitigation)

Desired skills & knowledge:

- CRM
- ISO 31000
- Crisis Management
- ERP
- Modelling and Simulation skills

Desired supplement experience:

- Operational Risk Management
- Project coordination
- Business Process Optimization
- Internal Audit (specialist level)
