Plaza Director
Plaza Director is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all facets of the Newly Opening Plaza operations.
Job Responsibilities
• Directs inventory management activities
• Directs workforce management activities
• Sets the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work
• Manages controllable expenses
• Analyzes, makes recommendations and oversees implementation of operating practices and procedures to include staffing, workflow, record keeping, and equipment use to ensure smooth and efficient plaza operations.
• Supervises, directly or through subordinate supervisors, all toll plaza, customer service, maintenance staff, administrative support, and custodial staff;
• Coordinates and implements limited motor vehicle services to custome
• Acts as primary contact for leadership team concerning policies and procedures, complaints
• Orders supplies, materials and equipment to meet operational requirements; makes recommendations on facility upgrades.
• Ensures that the plaza and customer service centers are properly staffed on a 24/7 basis; makes appropriate adjustments to meet demands and weather conditions
• Performs opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret / disseminate company directive
• Acts as manager on duty, when scheduled, to address customer service, vendor or maintenance issues
• Partners with the members of the leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities
• Maintains policies and procedures
• Incorporate Loss Prevention and safety messages into daily operations

Qualifications
• At least 5 years’ experience in the related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management is preferred
• Experience in operations, maintenance and staff management.
• Strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of HSE norms and principles.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
