Roles and Responsibilities:

• Formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion.
• Identifying, developing and evaluating a company's or organization's marketing strategy, based on knowledge of it's objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Be in charge of the marketing department employees, handle their evaluations, work schedules, etc.
• Do market research to figure out the market requirements for all of the company’s existing and future products and services for the company.
• Do analysis of all of the customer research, conditions in current market in their niche, and get information on the company’s competitors.
• Put together and put into practice marketing plans and projects for new, as well as current existing products and services.
• Manage the efficiency of the marketing plans and projects in the company.
• Watch over, review and do a report on all of the company’s marketing activities and the results of these activities.
• Compose and manage the marketing budget of the company and develop the strategies for prices.
• Be the liaison with representatives of media and advertising for the company.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in Marketing
• Sales skills
• PR/Design skills
• Relevant education
• a creative, outgoing and energetic personality
• the motivation and flexibility required to succeed in a competitive environment
• the ability to deal effectively with stress
• strong project management and motivational abilities
• the ability to analyze qualitative and numerical information
• problem solving and decision making skills
• the ability to communicate persuasively in person and in writing


Marketing Manager should enjoy co-coordinating information and directing the work of others, negotiating business contracts and developing innovative approaches to problems. Marketing Managers must have strong communication, sales and presentation skills. They must be goal-oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, often while juggling several projects at once. Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is essential. They must have strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train and motivate team members. Marketing Managers should also have strong budgeting, Internet and computer skills.
