The Company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the following position.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) OFFICER.

Job description:

• To ensure the safety of all staff and operations
• Make sure that all staff are aware of confined space hazards
• Address all safety issues that arise, including the implementation of company policies
• Ensure communication of all relevant HSE procedures to suppliers and contractors
• Raise permits to work together with relevant authorities
• Complete Confined Space entry checklist and conduct gas testing
• Make sure that isolation certifications are issued by vessel authorities
• Raise task risk assessment for activities
• Follow Permit to Work, STOP/ASA procedures for relevant work
• Perform internal audits on site
• Conduct internal safety trainings to staff
• Conduct daily tool-box meetings and reinforce HSE compliance
• Control and operate the site environmental policy
• Ensure the company policies are displayed at visible points
• Do not discuss or disseminate company’s confidential matters or internal information
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required by Branch Manager

Reporting responsibilities:

• To conduct Pre-Task Tool Box Talks
• Submit monthly safety input records

Qualification requirements:

• Relevant work experience (preferable including offshore)
• Fluency in English (upper intermediate), good computer skills
• University degree
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Hard and dynamic worker, good physical condition
• Good safety attitude and focus on accuracy
