Position: Sales Manager in Hotel

Description: One of the most prestigious hotel in Baku seeking for mature and motivated person for reestablishing sales and consumer attraction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reestablishment of new procedures and channels of sales for hotel services in the light of development of hotel business in Azerbaijan;
- Attract corporate clients by face to face meetings and propose full range of services which hotel can provide;
- Improve image of the hotel as a desirable venue for making different kind of events;
- Initiate different promotional activities for attracting internal and external individual clients;
- Indicate exact action plan on the 3rd month of employment with sales targets and purposes;
- Report to the management and regulating structures in provided appropriate form

Required Qualifications:

Language Skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian;
Experience: Commercial management at least 2 years; hotel business in Azerbaijan 1 year;
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
Computer Skills: Windows OS, Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook are must);

Personal Skills:

Sales and service oriented personality, Good communication and presentation skills; Ability to manage time properly; Ability to make and control events, Self motivated;

Salary: Should be negotiated, Consists from base salary and bonus (bonus can exceed base salary significantly)
