Building Mechanical & HVAC Supervisor

Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan is now looking for a Building Mechanical & HVAC Supervisor.

Main Duties

• Participate and support in mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and turnover of plant facilities
• Ensure that all Project contractors / sub-contractors implement the project standards
• Monitor and Inspection of Construction operations to ensure compliance with design documents.
• Review and make recommendations on construction methodology and procedures, including method statements, risk assessments, as well has to understand below listed activities:
• Air cooled and sea water cooled chillers
• AHU and FAHU, CRACs and CRAHs
• Fan coils, Fire Fighting pumps (Diesel, electric and jockey pumps)
• Passive fire protection system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree ( technical or non-technical)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC
• Have good command of English
