Requirements
- Min 2 years’ experience
- Fluent Azeri, advanced Russian, English is an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office and office equipment
- High performance of communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, emails.
- To procure office tools
- Control of meeting schedule and visitors procedure
- Reporting staff attendance by exporting report from software
- Execution of relative tasks

Working hours: 09:30 - 18:30
