Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities of Recruitment Specialist:

• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, network etc.
• Screening resumes
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Analyzes the recruitment software and recommends and implements changes and improvements to it
• Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
• Trains new HR Recruiters (induction program)

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
• Knowledge of HR software, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point etc.)
• Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills. The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good decision making skills.
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
