We are looking for a punctual and energetic Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team!
Basic tasks of Accounts Receivable Specialist are indicated below:
• Follow up customer payments and loans
• Investigate customer debts and solve payment disagreements with customers
• Do loan confrontations and document them
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and present them to Sales and Finance managers
Skills
Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 1C
• Native Azerbaijani language, advanced English and Russian languages are extra advantages
• Problem-solving skills and initiative
• Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
• Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Terms
• 6-days work week with part day Saturday.
