Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Azerbaijan, Onshore

A future potential vacancy has arisen externally for a Maintenance Coordinator position as part of the Onshore Business Unit and is available for Azerbaijani citizens only.

The Maintenance Coordinator will report to Maintenance Team Leader. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring integrity and correct operation of the Maintenance Management System (Company or client), accurate recording of historical data and system amendments in accordance with procedures.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures.
• Ensure the integrity and correct operation of both the Company Computerised Maintenance Management
• System (CMMS) and any Client system that may be in operation, including the upkeep and monitoring of all system hardware.
• Ensure all software is maintained up to date in accordance with Company Policy and to implement any
amendments as authorised by Senior Management.
• Ensure that all existing and new plant equipment is correctly identified, hard stamped and entered into the
• Company or Client CMMS Systems, as directed by designated Maintenance Superintendents.
• Ensure that system and data security is adequately maintained in accordance with Company Policy.

• Monitor plant maintenance related computer software/hardware developments and advise management accordingly.
• Produce ad-hoc system reports as required.
• Use of the client AGT Management of Change Procedure, AzSPU-GEN-PRC-001, more specifically the requirements of Section 18 which relates to their tasks.
• Use of the Certification Database.
• Collate all necessary Maintenance Data on a regular basis for input into Monthly/Yearly Reports.
• Attend Company Maintenance meetings as required and provide input as necessary.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Suitable educational qualification – Technical University Degree.
• Excellent reporting skills, good communication and a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to travel offshore as required.
• Excellent English skills.
• Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excellent Excel Skills).
• Good Interpersonal skills.
