Job Description

• He/She is responsible of SmartPlant Materials Computer application.
• Must have a strict control of the existence of stocks in the warehouse, maintaining the stock by means of computer control of reception batches and material outputs for Subcontractors by means of the prefabrication optimization program.
• Inform about the forecast material arrival, the situation in which the different purchased orders might be and the material needs; in collaboration with related departments (always throughout the Material Manager) who may need specific documentation related to materials supplying progress at Site and at Home Office;
• Maintain and report design changes and its application to assess the dispatch progress;
• Being completely informed about shortages, surpluses and damaged materials through the Material Manager and Warehouse Manager. Report and input the corresponding documentation into SmartPlant Materials.
