Receptionist
Requirements
Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office
High school diploma
Fluent in Azeri, upper-intermediate level of English language, intermediate level of Russian
Only female candidates
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/documents/deliveries
Hand over the relevant documents to the appropriate organizations, companies
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and faxing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments
Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management
Serving tea, coffee to the director and his guests
Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience during the interview
