Today JCDecaux Azerbaijan is an exclusive operator of 50 advertising columns* with internet payphones in Baku, designed by the world-renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, which are installed in the most affluent areas of the city center, along the roads with heavy traffic and upscale shopping streets.

We are looking for Technical Project Coordinator to join our team

Duties:

• Provide technical and administrative supervision to engineers and technicians.
• To be involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design, through to implementation, testing and handover.
• Closely coordination with town planning authorities to find out electrical cabling layouts
• Will accomplish duties through memorandum, drawings, sketches, process instructions, specifications, procedures and other written technical instructions.
• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Minimum three years of experience in the electrical engineering field, including development work and interactions with customers
